Match Report
St Dunstan's College 1st XV vs  Ontario Boys-U17A
On: Wednesday, 23 Jul 2014
Venue: Away

A case of a bridge too far. A good stsrt where chances were squandered, only to allow Ontario to get back into the game. They physically grew in confidence and battered our defensive line. With only three minutes left of the first half, 0-10 adrift, a fine kick by Plummer led to Kuteyi winning the race to the ball to score under the posts. It was subsequently converted. Ungoryunstely poor concentration allowed them to score just before half time. The second showed us to be wilting both physically and mentally but to b e fair they showed character and determination to hold back the storm of attacks finally submitting towards the end. Ontario were a physical, skilful outfit who hold high hooes for the National championships being held in Calgary later this year. Frank Plummer was given man of the match by Ontario
